You'll find our fees to be competitive if not less than most consultants. We work specifically with small to medium sized businesses. We purposely price ourselves so we can benefit our customers without breaking their bank. We could charge more but find as much reward in helping our customers grow as in receiving a paycheck. We prefer to offer our services at a moderate fee and build long term relationships with our customers that allow them to utilize us as often as needed rather than when it's too late.

Service Fees & Payment Schedules
Because we specialize in small business, we understand that, in many cases, financial resources are limited. Even if money is no object you, as a business owner or company officer you want to get value for the money you spend. P3 Solutions, LLC offers its services at reasonable cost with a variety of contract and payment options.
Depending on the scope and magnitude of the work you need done we can customize our charges, terms, and billing cycles to meet your needs.
Option 1: Flat rate billing
We are happy to provide most of our services at a flat rate of $45 per hour billed in 15 minute increments. We will provide very detailed invoices outlining all the work done and the time spent on each project or portion of the project.
Option 2: Bid per project
If you have a specific project that needs to be done and need to know the complete cost up front we can provide a bid for the work. For this option we will need a complete, detailed description of the work that needs to be done, the deadline, and any benchmarks that need to be met along the way. We will analyze the job and give you a bid that we will stick to no matter what. If our estimates of time and resources are off, that's on us.
Option 3: Retainer
Pay us a flat fee of $1200 per month and we will be available for off site support from 9 a.m to 6 p.m CST Monday through Friday. $1400 per month gets you Monday through Saturday.
Option 4: Self Help
We have several products and instructional tools that are powerful yet easy to use. If you're the type of entrepreneur that likes to do it yourself but needs just a little help along the way or don't have the time to develop the tools you need to run your business take a look at our downloadable products on our self help page.
Payment:
For bid by project a 25% non-refundable downpayment is required before any project is started. The remaining balance will be billed at net 30 day terms upon completion of the project unless otherwise specified in the contract.
The first month will be paid in advance and is non-refundable. Each subsequent month will be billed on net 30 day terms on the first business day of each month.
We accept company/personal checks, cashiers checks, money orders, credit cards, and paypal. We are also willing to discuss optional or extended payment terms where necessary.
